One of the things Candace will do to help prepare your child for high school is keep them up to date on important information through email. Don’t worry—parents will always be copied on these messages as well! Email is an important communication tool for high school students, and for many incoming freshmen, this will be their first time using it regularly. Once the school year begins, each student will receive an official St. Mary’s Prep email address.For now, while we are in the high school prep phase, please share your child’s current personal email address below. Be sure this is one they check at least weekly.
If your child does not yet have an email account, this is a great time to create one together!
Within one week of confirming your child’s attendance, you will receive an official registration email from FACTS, the system we use for school registration and tuition management. Through this portal, you will formally register your child as a student at St. Mary’s Prep and submit the $1,500 non-refundable deposit required to secure enrollment. Please note that registration is not considered complete until this deposit has been paid. The deposit will be applied toward your overall tuition balance.

Class Selection Night for the Boys Division Class of 2030 is on Tuesday, March 10th. You will schedule a 15 minute appointment to sit down with an academic dean and plan out your son’s curriculum for 9th grade.
School Sweater Fittings
Art Knitting Mills will be on hand so that you can order your son’s letterman sweater. The letterman sweater is an option vs. a blazer and is part of the school dress code. Students far prefer the letterman sweater over the blazer!

A Gift for your Son
Each year, the Admissions Office gifts students their official class sweatshirt! Your son will receive this gift from Mr. Coleman and Mr. Zerki at class selection night. Please use the form below to reserve his size. Pro tip, order at least a size up! Students still wear these as seniors and they do tend to run a tad small!
