OLSM TRANSFER STUDENTS
The information below outlines the steps required to formally enroll as a transfer student at St. Mary’s Preparatory. Please be sure to complete all steps in a timely manner and according to the deadlines provided to you during the enrollment process. STEP ONE- REGISTRATION
Within 48 hours of confirming your child’s attendance, you will receive an official registration email from FACTS, the system we use for school registration and tuition management. Through this portal, you will formally register your child as a student at St. Mary’s Prep and submit the $1,500 non-refundable deposit required to secure enrollment. Please note that registration is not considered complete until this deposit has been paid. The deposit will be applied toward your overall tuition balance.

STEP TWO- COURSE SELECTION
Once your child’s registration is complete, please email the appropriate dean listed below to schedule a time to meet and discuss your child’s classes. This meeting is an exciting step in helping your student begin their journey at St. Mary’s Prep!
